브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 현대자동차(제네시스 포함)와 기아가 추석 연휴를 맞아 이달 29일부터 10월 1일까지 전국 서비스 거점에서 ‘추석 특별 무상점검 서비스’를 실시한다.
현대차·기아는 추석 귀향길 장거리 운행에 앞서 차량의 주요 부품 및 기능을 점검해 각종 사고를 미연에 방지하고, 고객의 안전한 운전을 돕고자 이번 무상점검 서비스를 마련했다.
점검 항목은 오일류, 냉각수, 배터리, 공조장치, 타이어 마모도 및 공기압, 등화 장치, 브레이크 및 패드 마모도 등이며 워셔액 보충 서비스도 제공한다.
서비스 이용을 원하는 고객은 22일부터 24까지 △현대차 ‘마이현대(myHyundai)’ / ’현대인증중고차(HyundadiCertified)’ △기아 ‘기아(Kia)’ △제네시스 ‘마이제네시스(MYGENESIS)’ 등 각 사 통합 고객 서비스 애플리케이션에서 무상점검 쿠폰을 발급받을 수 있다.
이후 현대차/제네시스 고객은 전국 블루핸즈, 기아 고객은 직영 서비스센터 및 오토큐를 방문해 무상점검 쿠폰 제시 후 차량 검사를 받으면 된다.
현대차·기아 관계자는 “장거리 운행이 예상되는 추석 귀향길에 안전하고 편안한 운전에 도움을 드리고자 무상점검 서비스를 준비했다”며 “앞으로도 고객의 성원에 보답하기 위해 현대차·기아 보유 고객에 대한 차량 점검에 더욱 집중할 것이다”고 말했다.
