울진 임업사관학교는 9월 12일부터 11월 6일까지 매주 목요일, 총 7주(50시간) 과정으로 운영된다. 교육은 왕피천공원 내 친환경농업교육장에서 진행되며, 48명의 교육생이 참여한다. 운영은 산림청 지정 산림전문교육기관인 한국산림아카데미재단이 맡았다.
