대구광역시행복진흥사회서비스원은 지난 20일 침산3동 우리마을교육나눔 추진위원회와 청소년 활동가 회원을 대상으로 여성안전테마공간 SISO 체험과 찾아가는 폭력예방교육을 실시했다고 밝혔다.
참가자들은 국내 최초로 여성 대상 범죄 예방과 대응을 위해 조성된 여성안전테마공간 SISO에서 실제 상황을 기반으로 한 프로그램을 체험했다. 대구콘서트하우스 1층에 위치한 이 공간에서 디지털 성범죄 예방 및 대응 방법을 익혔다.
이어 토론과 질의응답을 통해 성범죄 예방 교육을 함께 받아 실질적인 지식과 대응 역량을 배웠다.
이번 교육은 이론 강의가 아닌 체험형 방식으로 진행돼 참가자들의 호응이 높았다. 교육만족도는 95점에 달했으며 한 참가자는 "더 많은 사람들이 이런 교육을 접할 수 있기를 바란다"고 소감을 밝혔다.
천향금 위원장은 "신종 범죄가 늘어나는 상황에서 청소년과 양육자가 함께한 이번 교육은 의미 있는 시간이었다"며 교육 기회를 제공한 대구행복진흥원에 감사 인사를 전했다.
배기철 대구행복진흥원 이사장은 "앞으로도 지역사회와 협력해 폭력 없는 안전한 환경을 만들어 대구시민의 행복증진에 기여하겠다"고 말했다.

Chairwoman Cheon Hyang-geum expressed her gratitude to the Daegu Happiness Promotion Agency for providing the training opportunity, saying, "In a time when new types of crime are on the rise, this training session for youth and their parents was a meaningful experience."
