창녕군은 부곡온천 재탄생 추진을 위해 황톳길, 빛거리, 인공폭포, 르네상스관 리모델링 등 단계별 사업을 추진, 부곡온천이 단순한 온천을 넘어 문화·체험·휴식이 공존하는 관광도시로 도약할 수 있도록 하고 있다고 밝혔다.
올가을 완공된 황톳길은 맨발로 걸으며 온천의 기운을 직접 느낄 수 있는 치유 공간으로, 단순한 산책로를 넘어 방문객들이 자연과 교감하는 새로운 명소로 자리매김하고 있다.
황톳길을 따라 이어지는 빛거리는 낮에는 활기찬 온천 중앙로의 풍경을, 밤에는 다채로운 조명과 미디어 아트가 어우러진 환상적인 야경을 선사하며 모든 세대가 찾는 명소가 되고 있다.
