전북 '순창군 가족센터'가 유형별로 맞춤형 서비스를 통합 제공해 다문화 가족 등의 복지 요람으로 자리매김하고 있는 가운데 신축 건물로 이전해 둥지를 틀었다.
2019년 생활SOC 복합화 사업에 선정돼 2020년 2월 설계 용역을 시작으로 5년 만에 완공됐다.
26일 개관식을 갖고 새롭게 문을 연 '순창군 가족센터'는 순창읍 장류로에 총 92억 5,000만 원을 투입해 지하 1층ㆍ지상 3층(연 면적 2,482㎡) 규모로 조성돼 보다 쾌적한 환경에서 확대된 복지 서비스를 제공할 예정이다.
센터는 기능을 특화해 운영된다.
