브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 올 가을 아파트 분양시장이 대규모 물량으로 본격화 되고 있다.
29일 직방에 따르면 2025년 10월 전국 아파트 분양 예정 물량은 총 3만8091세대로 지난해 같은 달(1만9145세대)과 비교해 99% 늘어난 규모다. 일반분양도 2만3797세대로 집계돼 전년 동월(1만4575세대)보다 63% 증가할 전망이다.
10월 권역별 분양 예정 물량을 보면 수도권이 2만5134세대, 지방이 1만2957세대로 수도권 비중이 전체의 66%를 차지한다.
경기도가 1만8295세대로 가장 많고, 서울 4291세대, 인천 2548세대가 10월 분양을 준비하고 있다.
지방은 부산(2700세대), 충남(2370세대), 경남(2265세대), 경북(2166세대) 등이다.
주요 단지를 보면 서울에서는 영등포구 신길동 더샵신풍역(2054세대), 서초구 서초동 아크로드서초(1161세대), 동작구 사당동 힐스테이트이수역센트럴(931세대)가 예정돼 있다.

부산은 동래구 동래푸르지오에듀포레(1481세대), 사상구 더파크비스타동원(852세대) 등이 포함됐다. 대구 북구 금호워터폴리스 대방엘리움F2BL(746세대), 충북 청주 두산위브더제니스청주센트럴파크(1618세대), 충남 천안 휴먼빌퍼스트시티(1541세대) 등이 10월 분양을 준비하고 있다.
