서구에 따르면, 적극행정 우수공무원은 규제혁신 및 민원·갈등 해결, 공공서비스 질 향상, 새로운 정책 발굴·추진, 협업 등 다양한 관점에서 적극적으로 업무를 추진해 구민 편의 증진 및 행정효율성 향상 등 성과를 창출한 직원으로, 구는 적극행정위원회 심의·의결을 거쳐 우수 2명, 장려 6명을 선정했다.
우수 공무원으로는 현장 맞춤형 조명개선과 선제적 예방정비로 안전 사각지대 해소하여 주민 보행환경 개선 및 체감안전도 향상에 기여한 권혁신 주무관과 3개월간 법령 및 해석사례 등을 수집하여 구 자체적으로 지역주택조합 가이드북을 제작·배포하고, 구 누리집 내 전용 게시판을 신설하는 등 다양한 홍보를 통해 주민의 알권리를 충족하고 지역주택조합으로 인한 피해를 예방하고자 노력한 이현 주무관이 선정됐다.
