【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충주시 지현동행정복지센터는 다양한 프로그램과 볼거리로 가을의 매력을 선사할 ‘제9회 지현동 사과나무이야기길 축제’를 10월 18일 오후 1시부터 지현동행정복지센터(동장 김금옥) 일원에서 개최한다고 밝혔다.
사과나무축제추진위원회(위원장 강면식)에서 주관하는 ‘사과나무이야기길 축제’는 충주 사과의 최초 재배지라는 역사와 함께 조화 속에서 발전하고 있는 지현동을 알리기 위해 개최하는 행사다.
올해 축제는 충주의 대표 특산물인 사과를 주제로 한 벽화 거리 ‘산토리니길’, ‘사과동화길’, ‘사과계절길’ 등을 중심으로 가을의 추억을 남길 쉼터와 포토존 등 명소를 조성했다.
또한, ‘지현동민 한마음 걷기 대회 통합개최’, ‘신명 나는 사물놀이’, ‘충주생활악기오케스트라’, ‘댄스스포츠 공연’, ‘내 사과를 받아줘 이벤트’ 등 다양한 프로그램을 진행한다.
아울러, ‘달고나 만들기’, ‘인절미 떡메 체험’, ‘회오리 사과 깎기’ 등 11종의 체험행사와 ‘전통 놀이 미션부스’, ‘어린이 경연대회’ 등 도 준비돼 있다.
