【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북 단양군은 오는 18일, 어상천 삼태산문화센터에서 ‘제3회 어상천 클래식음악축제’가 열린다고 밝혔다.
이번 축제는 단양에서 활동하는 문화예술 비영리단체 행복한동행(대표 홍원의)이 주최하고, 삼태산 클래식기타합주단(회장 박운성), 서울 오르페오 현악 앙상블, 충청북도 인권센터가 협력해 마련됐다.
올해로 세 번째를 맞은 어상천 클래식음악축제는 귀농·귀촌인과 지역주민이 함께 만들어가는 생활문화 축제로, “모든 국민은 문화를 향유할 권리를 동등하게 누려야 한다”는 취지 아래 ‘인권연주회’를 표방한다.
특히 지난해에 이어 삼태산문화센터 잔디광장에서 야외 공연으로 진행돼, 자연 속에서 주민과 관객이 함께 호흡하며 음악으로 하나 되는 무대를 선보인다.
귀농귀촌협의회 박영자 회장은 “귀농·귀촌인들이 지역에 정착하면서 마을이 변화하는 과정 속에서 주민이 함께 화합하고 발전해가는 의미 있는 행사”라며 “음악이 지역공동체의 새로운 활력이 되고 있다”고 말했다.
이번 축제는 충청북도 인권센터의 협력으로 추진돼 ‘찾아가는 인권문화공연’의 의미도 더했다.
충북 도민 누구나 다양한 문화를 향유할 수 있다는 문화적 인권의 가치를 실천하는 무대이기도 하다.
행사의 음악감독은 어상천에 거주하는 클래식기타 제작가 홍원의 씨가 맡았으며, 삼태산 클래식기타합주단 단원이자 귀농귀촌협의회 어상천지부장인 김성호 훈련부장은 “클래식기타를 중심으로 다양한 연주자들이 어우러져, 앞으로 더 폭넓은 음악 축제로 발전해가는 계기가 될 것”이라고 말했다.
이번 행사는 18일 오후 4시부터 6시까지 진행되며, 센터 내 카페 ‘참새방앗간’에서는 방문객 150명에게 커피와 샌드위치를 무료로 제공해 지역의 따뜻한 환대 문화를 함께 전할 예정이다.
