세종시가 15일 시청 한글사랑세종책문화센터에서 열린 2025년 공동주택 모범관리(인권우수)단지 시상식에서 신흥e편한세상·새뜸마을5단지 등 2개 단지에 인증패를 수여했다.
모범관리 단지 선정 제도는 주거 품질을 높이고 공동주택 관리 종사자의 인권을 존중하는 문화를 확산하기 위해 마련됐다.
시는 관내 의무관리 공동주택을 대상으로 일반관리와 시설안전·유지관리, 공동체 활성화, 재활용·에너지 절약 등 4개 분야를 종합 심사했다.
또, 관리 종사자 인권 향상 우수사례 등에 가점을 부여, 최종 점수를 산정했다.
심사 결과 읍면 지역에서는 신흥e편한세상, 동 지역에서는 새뜸마을5단지가 공동주택 모범관리 단지로 최종 선정됐다.
해당 단지들은 투명한 회계·계약 관리와 체계적인 안전 교육과 점검, 주민 참여 프로그램 운영, 에너지 절감 노력 등에서 높은 평가를 받았다.
시는 두 단지에 세종시장 표창과 공동주택 모범관리 단지 인증패를 수여하고, 단지별 자율사업비 1,000만 원을 지원하기로 했다.
아울러 시는 시상식에서 단지별 모범관리 표준모형 우수사례집을 제작·배포하고, 추후 공동주택 간담회에서 장기수선·안전관리 등 전문적인 자문을 제공할 방침이다.
최민호 시장은 “공동주택은 지역 주민의 행복과 직결되는 곳이자 이웃과의 정을 다지고 나눔을 실천하는 장소”라며 “모범관리단지로 선정된 아파트 관계자 분들께 깊이 감사드리며, 공동주택 주민의 행복한 생활을 위해 계속 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

On the 15th, Sejong City awarded certification plaques to two complexes, Shinheung e-Pyeonhansesang and Saetum Village 5 Complex, at the 2025 Model Management (Excellent Human Rights) Complex Awards Ceremony held at the Hangul Sarang Sejong Book and Culture Center in City Hall.
The model management complex selection system was established to enhance housing quality and promote a culture of respect for the human rights of apartment complex management staff.
The city comprehensively evaluated all apartment complexes within its jurisdiction for mandatory management across four areas: general management, facility safety and maintenance, community revitalization, and recycling and energy conservation.
Additional points were also awarded for best practices in improving the human rights of management staff, determining the final score.
As a result of the evaluation, Shinheung e-Pyeonhansesang in the township area and Saetum Village 5 in the neighborhood area were selected as exemplary apartment complexes for management.
These complexes received high marks for their transparent accounting and contract management, systematic safety education and inspections, resident participation programs, and energy conservation efforts.
The city awarded the two complexes the Sejong Mayor's Award and a Certificate of Excellence for Apartment Complex Management, and agreed to provide 10 million won in autonomous project funding for each complex.
Furthermore, the city plans to produce and distribute a collection of best practices for exemplary management models for each complex at the awards ceremony and provide expert advice on long-term repairs and safety management at future apartment complex meetings.
Mayor Choi Min-ho stated, "Apartment complexes are directly linked to the happiness of local residents and are places where neighbors can bond and share. I express my deepest gratitude to the apartment complex officials who were selected as exemplary management complexes.
