라인그룹이 경기 양주 회천신도시에 새롭게 선보이는 아파트 ‘회천중앙역 파라곤’의 견본주택을 오는 17일 개관하고 본격적인 분양 일정에 들어간다.
‘회천중앙역 파라곤’은 양주시 회정동 785번지 일원(회천지구 A10-1블록)에 조성되며, 지하 2층~지상 29층 높이의 8개 동 규모로 건립된다. 전용면적은 72㎡부터 84㎡까지 다양하게 구성돼 있으며 총 845가구가 공급된다. 단지 내에는 피트니스센터, 작은도서관, 북카페, 음악연습실 등 입주민을 위한 커뮤니티 시설도 마련될 예정이다.
분양가는 분양가상한제가 적용돼 주변 시세 대비 합리적인 수준으로 책정될 전망이다. 청약 일정은 오는 20일 특별공급을 시작으로 21일 1순위, 22일 2순위 접수를 받는다. 당첨자 발표는 28일이며, 정당계약은 다음달 10일부터 12일까지 진행된다. 청약통장 가입 기간이 12개월 이상이고 예치금 요건을 충족한 수도권 거주자는 1순위로 신청할 수 있다. 입주는 2028년 2월로 예정돼 있다.
단지는 수도권 전철 1호선 회천중앙역(예정)이 도보 5분 거리에 위치한 역세권 입지로 주목받고 있다. 개통 이후에는 종로, 시청, 용산 등 서울 도심까지 환승 없이 이동이 가능할 것으로 예상된다.
또한 GTX-C 노선의 기점인 덕정역이 인근에 위치해 있으며, 개통 시 삼성역까지 약 20분대 이동이 가능해질 전망이다. 평화로와 회천중앙로 등 주요 도로망이 가까워 옥정신도시와 덕계역 일대로의 이동도 편리하다.
단지 인근에는 양주회천 도시첨단산업단지와 양주테크노밸리가 각각 올해 말과 내년 완공을 앞두고 있어, 직주근접형 배후 주거단지로서의 가치도 기대된다.
교육 여건도 우수하다. 단지에서 도보 2분 거리에 회천새봄초등학교가 내년 9월 개교를 앞두고 있으며, 유치원과 중·고등학교 예정 부지도 인근에 마련돼 있다. 덕계도서관이 가까운 데다 향후 학교와 학원가가 확충되면 지역의 교육환경은 한층 개선될 것으로 보인다.
생활 인프라도 잘 갖춰져 있다. 회천신도시 중심상업지구와 점포상가 예정 부지와 인접해 은행, 병원, 음식점 등 각종 편의시설을 쉽게 이용할 수 있으며, 이마트 양주점과 경찰서·소방서 등 공공기관도 가까워 생활 여건이 편리하다.
또한 단지 앞을 흐르는 덕계천을 따라 수변공원 조성 사업이 추진 중이며, 인근에는 덕계근린공원 등 녹지공간이 다수 위치해 쾌적한 주거환경을 갖추고 있다.

The LINE Group will open the model house for its new apartment complex, ‘Hoecheon Jungang Station Paragon,’ in Yangju Hoecheon New Town, Gyeonggi Province, on the 17th, officially commencing the sales schedule.‘
Hoecheon Jungang Station Paragon’ will be built in the area of 785 Hoejeong-dong, Yangju-si (Hoecheon District A10-1 Block), consisting of 8 buildings ranging from 2 underground floors to 29 above-ground floors. The subscription schedule begins with special supply applications on the 20th, followed by first-순위 (priority) applications on the 21st, and second-순위 applications on the 22nd. Winners will be announced on the 28th, and the official contract signing will take place from the 10th to the 12th of next month.
Residents of the Seoul Metropolitan Area who have subscribed to a housing savings account for over 12 months and meet the deposit requirements can apply for the first priority. Move-in is scheduled for February 2028.The complex is garnering attention for its station-area location, with the future Hoecheon Jungang Station (planned) on Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1 just a 5-minute walk away. After opening, it is expected to provide transfer-free access to central Seoul areas like Jongno, City Hall, and Yongsan.Furthermore, Deokjeong Station, the starting point of the GTX-C line, is located nearby. Upon its opening, travel to Samseong Station is expected to take around 20 minutes.
