브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 한국마사회가 한국마사회의 임금피크제 인력을 활용, 중소기업의 경쟁력 강화 및 인력난 해소 등 사회적 가치를 창출하기 위한 ‘셰르파 프로그램’에 참가할 중소기업을 모집한다.
셰르파 프로그램은 중소벤처기업진흥공단에서 수행하는 공공기관 임금피크제 인력을 활용하는 중소기업 지원 사업이다. 전문성을 갖춘 공공기관 임금피크제 인력이 6개월 이내로 중소기업에서 주 1~5일 근무하며 맞춤형 컨설팅을 제공하는 프로그램이다.
이번 프로그램은 중소기업기본법 제2조(중소기업자의 범위)에 규정된 중소기업이면 신청 가능하다.
휴폐업중인 기업, 불량거래처로 규제 또는 임금체불·세금체납, 임직원의 자금횡령 등 사회적 물의를 일으키거나 본 프로그램 취지에 부합하지 않는 업종 등은 제외된다.
2025년 동 프로그램의 참여를 희망하는 중소기업은 오는 11월 30일까지 중소벤처기업진흥공단 매칭지원센터를 통해 신청서 양식을 요청해 작성·신청할 수 있다.
신청한 기업은 한국마사회 참여 신청자와 매칭을 통해 근무내용 및 근무조건 등을 정해 협약을 체결하게 된다.

Companies currently closed, under regulation as bad business partners, or those with social controversies such as wage arrears, tax arrears, or employee embezzlement are excluded.
SMEs wishing to participate in the program in 2025 can request and submit an application form through the KSMBA Matching Support Center by November 30th.
Applicants will be matched with applicants from the Korea Racing Authority (KRA) and enter into an agreement, which will determine the job description and terms of employment.
