[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 부산시는 시민 참여 확산을 위해 16일부터 연말인 12월 31일까지 77일간 『역대급 경품 대(大)발사 시즌2! 부산 고향사랑기부제 연말 빅 이벤트를 대대적으로 진행한다고 밝혔다.
이번 시즌2는 지난 5월 시민들의 높은 참여로 성황리에 마친 ‘역대급 경품 대발사’ 이벤트에 이어 기획된 것으로, 더욱 풍성한 혜택과 경품을 준비해 시민들과 기부자들을 맞이한다.
■ 전국체전과 연계한 대규모 시민참여 유도
올해 10월 17일부터 부산에서 개최되는 제106회 전국체육대회 및 **전국장애인체육대회(10.31.~11.5.)**와 연계해, 부산시는 해당 기간 중 전국체전 현장에 고향사랑기부제 홍보 부스를 운영할 계획이다. 이를 통해 기부제의 의미와 참여방법을 적극 홍보하고, 현장 방문객의 자발적 참여를 유도한다.
■ 기부자 대상 풍성한 기본 혜택 및 최대 5천 명에 경품 증정
이벤트 기간 동안 부산시에 1회 10만 원 이상 기부한 참여자에게는 기본 혜택 2가지와 추가 경품 4가지가 제공된다.
기본혜택 -▲연 10만 원까지 전액 연말정산 세액공제 ▲기부액의 30% 상당의 답례품 제공 (부산지역 48개 업체의 110여 종 상품 중 선택 가능) ▲추가 경품-중복 당첨 시 상위 경품 1종만 제공 ▲1,000의 배수 순번 기부자(최대 50명): 해운대 5성급 호텔 숙박권 ▲500의 배수 순번 기부자(최대 50명): 한우등심세트(1.2kg) ▲100의 배수 순번 기부자(최대 400명): 삼겹살, 짭짤이 토마토, 어묵, 낙곱새 등 3만 원 상당 지역 특산품 ▲10의 배수 순번 기부자(최대 4,500명): 모바일 커피쿠폰 또는 동백전 1만 원권 중 선택
※ 경품은 기부 순번 기준으로 최대 5만 번째 기부자까지 5천 명에게 지급되며, 당첨 여부는 2026년 1월 6일, 시 누리집 통합 공지사항(busan.go.kr/nbnews) 및 개별 문자로 안내될 예정이다.
■ 기부금, 다양한 지역 사회 공익사업에 활용
부산시는 이번 고향사랑기부제로 조성된 기부금을 지역 내 ▲취약계층 지원 ▲청소년 보호·육성 ▲문화·예술·보건 증진 ▲지역 공동체 활성화 등 사회복지 및 지역 공공서비스 확대에 전액 환원할 계획이다.

The Busan Metropolitan Government announced that it will host the “Mega Giveaway Season 2 – Year-End Hometown Love Donation Festival” from October 16 to December 31, a 77-day event aimed at expanding participation in the Hometown Love Donation Program.
Following the enthusiastic response to the first event in May, which featured high-value giveaways such as luxury hotel stays, this second season returns with even greater rewards and opportunities for donors.
■ Tied to the National Sports Festival to Maximize Impact
The event coincides with the 106th National Sports Festival (Oct. 17–23) and the National Para Games (Oct. 31–Nov. 5), both held in Busan. During these periods, the city will operate on-site promotional booths at event venues to raise awareness about the Hometown Love Donation Program and encourage visitors to participate.
■ Donation Benefits: Tax Deductions, Local Gifts, and Tiered Prize Draws
Individuals who donate KRW 100,000 (approx. USD 75) or more in a single donation to Busan during the event will receive two basic benefits plus a chance to win one of four additional prize tiers based on their donation sequence number.
Basic Benefits:
▲100% tax credit for donations up to KRW 100,000 per year
▲30% of donation value returned in local gift products (selectable via online portal: eum.go.kr)
▲Additional Giveaway Tiers (Only one prize awarded per person, based on the highest eligible tier):
▲Every 1,000th donor (up to 50 winners): 5-star hotel stay voucher in Haeundae (valid during peak season)
▲Every 100th donor (up to 400 winners): Local specialties worth KRW 30,000 (e.g., pork belly, tomatoes, fish cakes, spicy stew, mackerel, coffee, or snacks)
▲Every 10th donor (up to 4,500 winners): Mobile coffee coupon or KRW 10,000 worth of local digital currency “Dongbaekjeon”
▲Up to 5,000 donors (through the 50,000th donation) will receive prizes, and winners will be announced on January 6, 2026, via the Busan City website and SMS notifications.
