학교지원단은 기존 기간제교사 등 7개 직종에 더해 올해부터 교육공무직원 3개 직종까지 지원 범위를 넓히며, 2025년 11월부터는 매월 1회 인천 관내 국·공·사립학교의 채용 공고와 서류접수를 담당한다.
학교는 학교지원단이 전달한 서류를 바탕으로 자체 심사(서류·면접)를 통해 인력을 채용한다.
학교지원단 관계자는 “채용업무 지원으로 학교가 교육활동에 더욱 전념할 수 있길 바라며, 시범 운영 과정에서 현장 의견을 적극 반영해 내년에는 지원 직종을 대폭 확대할 계획”이라고 말했다.
