국회 국토교통위원회 소속 한준호 더불어민주당 의원이 국토교통부와 코레일로부터 제출받은 자료에 따르면, ㈜다원시스는 2018년 1차 150량 2019년 2차 208량의 EMU-150 열차 제작 납품 계약을 수주한 후 230량을 납품하지 못하고 있다. 계약 당시 최종 납기일은 1차 계약이 2022년 12월 2차 계약은 2023년 11월이다.
