[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 경남지역 8월기준 실물경제가 제조업 생산 감소 전환과 수요 측면에서 수출이 전년동기 호조에 따른 기저효과 등으로 하락폭이 확대되고 소비도 부진을 지속한 것으로 나타났다.
한국은행 경남본부가 23일 밝힌 실물경제 동향자료에 따르면 제조업 생산은 금속가공제품, 기타운송장비 등이 큰폭으로 감소 전환하고 1차 금속 등의 부진이 지속되며 감소 전환됐다.
소비는 대형소매점 판매는 백화점은 반등했으나 대형마트를 중심으로 하락폭 확대됐으며, 승용차 신규등록대수는 증가세로 소폭 확대됐다.
설비투자 중 기계류수입은 기저효과 등으로 하락 전환했으며, 건축착공면적은 주거용과 비주거용이 모두 줄면서 감소폭 확대됐다.
건설수주액은 전년동월 대비 큰 폭으로 증가했으며, 8월 미분양주택은 4천993호로 증가했으며, 준공후 미분양주택은 감소했다.
수출은 전년동월 선박 수출 호조에 따른 기저효과, 전자·전기제품 및 철강·금속 부진 등으로 하락폭 확대됐다.
8월중 소비자물가 상승률은 서비스 물가 오름세 약화 등으로 전월보다 하락했다.
아파트 매매거래량은 전월보다 감소했으며, 아파트 매매가격은 전월대비 하락(-0.1%), 전세가격은 보합(+0.0%)을 유지했다.
