브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 한국마사회는 오는 25일과 26일 양일간 렛츠런파크 제주에서 ‘제20회 제주마축제’를 개최한다고 밝혔다.
제주마축제는 한국마사회와 제주특별자치도가 공동 주최한다. 도지사배 대상경주, 레클리스 콘서트 등과, 제주산 생산물 판촉행사, 다양한 경품, 고객 참여 이벤트 및 가족단위 체험 행사 등 풍성한 즐길 거리가 결합된 국내 최대 말 테마 축제이다.
첫날인 25일에는 ‘헌마공신 김만일 경마대회’, ‘레클리스 특별경주’와 2025년 최고의 제주마를 가리는 ‘제주특별자치도지사배 대상경주’가 펼쳐진다.
오후 17시부터는 ‘제2회 레클리스 기념의 날’ 행사가 열린다. ‘레클리스’는 한국전쟁당시 미 해병와 함께 전장에서 남다른 활약을 펼쳐 미국 100대 영웅에 선정된 제주마의 후손이다. 이 행사는 레클리스 뮤지컬 공연을 시작으로 해병대 군악대 공연, 주한미군 헌화, 감사비 오픈 퍼포먼스로 진행된다.
이어 18시 30분부터 21시까지는 ‘2025 레클리스 콘서트(RECKLESS CONCERT)’가 펼쳐진다. 이번 콘서트는 무료로 개최되며, ‘기억-헌신-승화’의 서사를 중심으로 비와이(BewhY), 거미(Gummy), 먼데이키즈(Monday Kiz), 하이키(H1-KEY) 등 다양한 공연을 선보일 예정이다.

행사장 내 푸드존에서는 제주 핫플로 유명한 랜디스도넛을 비롯해 제주맛집 팝업 이벤트가 진행된다. 텍사스 바비큐, 멕시칸 타코, 제주식 순대, 하와이안 씨푸드, 현무암 닭강정 등 다채로운 먹거리를 즐길 수 있다.
제주마축제가 개최되는 25일부터 26일까지 양일간 렛츠런파크 제주는 무료입장으로 운영된다. 일부 유료 체험 프로그램은 50% 할인된 체험 티켓을 24일까지 쿠팡에서 구매할 수 있다.
