행정복지위원회에서는 정유정 의원이 대표발의하고 김동민 의원이 공동발의한 ‘인천광역시부평구 체육시설 설치 및 운영에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안’, 부평구청장이 제출한 ‘인천광역시부평구 부평 비전 2020위원회 설치 및 운영 조례 일부개정조례안’ 등 4건의 안건을 원안 가결했다.
도시환경위원회에서는 허정미 의원이 대표발의, 박영훈·김숙희·손대중·여명자 의원이 공동발의한, ‘인천광역시부평구 발전소주변지역 지원사업 특별회계 설치 및 운용에 관한 조례안’과 손대중 의원이 발의한 ‘인천광역시부평구 폭염·한파 피해 예방 및 지원에 관한 조례안’ 그리고 부평구청장이 제출한 ‘2026년도 인천신용보증재단 출연 동의안’등 2건 모두 원안대로 가결했다.
