국회 기획재정위원회 소속 천하람 의원(개혁신당 원내대표)은 29일, 기재위 소관 12개 기관(기획재정부, 국세청, 한국은행 등)의 기관장 및 고위공직자 27명의 올해 재산공개 내역을 분석한 결과를 발표했다.
조사에 따르면, 이들 중 12명이 강남3구에 아파트를 소유하고 있었으며, 10·15대책으로 확대된 토지거래허가구역 내 주택 소유자는 20명으로 전체의 74%에 달했다. 특히 강남3구에 아파트를 소유했지만 타인에게 임대하여 실거주 하지 않은 자는 기재부 세제실장, 예산실장, 국제경제관리관, 국세청장, 대구지방국세청장, 평택직할세관장, 한국재정정보원장 등 7명이며, 토허제 내 주택 소유자 중에 실거주 하지 않은 자는 앞선 7명에 더해 기재부 제1차관, 대구본부세관장, 김포공항세관장 등 10명이다.
특히 10·15대책을 주관한 기획재정부와 국세청의 경우 재산공개를 한 13명 중에 7명이 강남3구에 아파트를 소유했으며, 이 중에 실거주하지 않은 자는 5명에 달했다. 토지거래허가구역 내 아파트를 소유한 고위공직자는 11명으로 85%에 달했다.
