(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시가 29일, 지가제도 전반에 대한 시민의 이해를 높이고 부동산 정책 수립에 도움을 주기 위해 ‘개별공시지가 연차보고서’를 처음으로 발간했다고 밝혔다.
인천시에 따르면, ‘개별공시지가는’ 세금 및 부담금 부과, 복지·교육 지원금 산정 등 60여 개 행정 분야의 기초자료로 활용되는 핵심 지표다.
인천시는 이번 보고서를 통해 시민이 보다 쉽게 지가제도를 이해하고, 공시지가 산정의 투명성과 신뢰성을 높이고자 했다.
이번 연차보고서는 개별공시지가 제도 연혁, 인천 부동산시장 동향, 표준지공시지가 분석, 지가 결정요인 시각화 자료, 통계자료 등으로 구성됐다.
특히 그래프와 인포그래픽을 활용한 시각화 자료를 포함해 시민 누구나 필요한 정보를 쉽게 찾아볼 수 있도록 제작됐다.
인천시는 연차보고서 발간을 위해 지난 5월부터 시와 군·구의 업무 담당자를 중심으로 전담반(TF)을 구성해 자료를 수집하고, 여러 차례 회의를 통해 주요 내용을 선정·반영했다.
