시민은 인천시 지도포털에 접속해 주소 입력 또는 위치 선택만으로 해당 토지의 지번, 지목, 면적 등 기본정보와 함께 지구단위계획구역, 건축물 용도, 건폐율, 용적률, 높이 등 세부정보를 한눈에 확인할 수 있다.
또한, 각 구역별 고시문 다운로드 기능도 제공된다.
