【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구남부교육지원청(교육장 류호)이 2025년 신규 임용 예정인 수습직원 25명을 대상으로 현장 맞춤형 직무연수를 진행한다. 이번 연수는 공직사회 적응력과 업무 역량 강화를 목표로 마련됐다.
연수는 10월부터 12월까지 월 1회씩 총 3회에 걸쳐 실시된다. 임용 후 곧바로 사용할 수 있는 실무 능력 배양에 중점을 뒀다.
구체적으로 10월에는 공무원과 교육공무직원의 급여 업무 기초와 실습, 11월에는 교육공무직원의 퇴직금 및 4대 보험, 12월에는 연말정산과 연차수당 등을 다룬다.
올해는 컴퓨터 실습 교육도 새롭게 도입됐다. 수습직원들은 강의실에서 급여 업무 처리 과정을 직접 시스템을 통해 실습하며, 실무 감각을 익힐 수 있다.
이론 위주의 기존 연수에서 벗어나 실제 현장에서 바로 활용 가능한 실전형 교육이라는 점이 주목된다.
류호 교육장은 “연수를 통해 신규 공무원들이 임용 전부터 실무 능력을 갖추고 조직에 안정적으로 정착할 것으로 기대한다”며 “앞으로도 신규 직원의 역량 강화를 위해 맞춤형 교육을 지속적으로 확대하겠다”고 말했다.
