【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구보건대학교(총장 남성희)와 중구청년지원센터가 지역 청년의 교육 기반 강화와 성장 지원을 위해 힘을 모은다.
양 기관은 1일 중구청년지원센터에서 업무협약(MOU)을 맺고 지역 맞춤형 교육과 프로젝트 연계로 청년 역량 강화에 나서기로 했다. 협약식에는 대구보건대학교 윤영순 융합교양교육원장과 김주호 중구청년지원센터장 등 관계자 20여 명이 참석했다.
협약을 통해 두 기관은 현장 중심의 지역밀착 교육과 연구, 청년 활동 및 프로젝트 연계, 지역사회 공헌활동 협력, 청년 활동을 위한 시설·지원 공유, 지역대학과 지역사회의 지속 가능한 발전 네트워크 구축 등에 함께 힘을 쏟을 계획이다.
윤영순 원장은 “대학이 가진 교육 자원이 지역 청년의 실질적인 성장과 사회 진출로 이어지도록 긴밀히 협력하겠다”며 “청년들이 지역 안에서 배우고 성장하며 정착할 수 있는 환경을 조성하는 데 적극 힘쓸 것”이라고 말했다.
