브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 삼성전자는 5일부터 7일까지 일산 킨텍스에서 열리는 ‘2025 스마트건설·안전·AI 엑스포’에서 한국토지주택공사(LH)와 함께 ‘AI 홈’ 기반 모듈러 홈 솔루션을 공동 전시한다고 밝혔다.
국토교통부가 주최하는 이번 엑스포는 최신 스마트 건설 기술을 선보이는 대규모 전시회로, 올해는 250여 개 업체가 참가한다.
삼성전자는 지난달 독일에서 열린 유럽 최대 가전 전시회 ‘IFA 2025’에서 삼성물산과 ‘모듈러 홈 솔루션’을 처음 선보인 데 이어, 이번 LH와의 협업 전시를 통해 ‘모듈러 홈 솔루션’을 국내에도 소개하며 모듈러 홈 솔루션 사업을 국내외로 적극 확장해나갈 계획이다.
삼성 ‘모듈러 홈 솔루션’은 모듈러 건축에 최적화된 스마트싱스 기반 AI 홈 솔루션이다. AI 가전과 센서∙조명∙도어락 등 IoT 기기, 냉난방공조 시설, 에너지 솔루션, 환기 시스템 등 건축물을 구성하는 다양한 기기들이 스마트싱스를 중심으로 연결돼 실내 환경을 최적화하고 에너지 효율성을 높인다.
모듈러 건축과 함께 턴키 방식으로 제공돼, 입주자는 입주 후 로그인만 하면 삼성전자 AI 홈이 제공하는 스마트하고 안전한 일상을 바로 누릴 수 있다.
삼성전자는 LH 전시장 내에 1인∙2인 가구를 위한 51㎡ 규모의 쉽고 안전하며 효율적인 주거 경험을 제공하는 ‘AI 홈’ 기반 모듈러 홈 솔루션을 구현했다.
방문객들은 현관, 주방, 거실, 침실, 세탁실 등 5개 공간으로 구성된 이번 전시에서 ‘AI 홈’ 솔루션이 제공하는 △쉽고 편리함(Ease) △시간과 에너지 효율(Save) △나와 가족의 건강(Care) △강력한 보안과 안전(Secure)의 4가지 핵심 가치를 직접 경험할 수 있다.
또한, △비스포크 AI 하이브리드 4도어 키친핏 맥스 냉장고 △비스포크 AI 인덕션 △일체형 세탁건조기 비스포크 AI 콤보 등 비스포크 AI 가전 라인업도 다양하게 만나볼 수 있다.
모듈러 홈 현관에서는 스마트싱스로 연결된 스마트 도어락과 도어벨을 통해 안전하고 간편한 출입을 돕는 보안 솔루션과 사용자 라이프스타일에 맞춰 가전 제품이 자동으로 작동하는 기능 등을 만나볼 수 있다.
일례로, 외출 후 집에 돌아오면 에어컨·공기청정기·조명이 켜지고 커튼이 닫히는 등 사용자가 설정한대로 최적의 환경을 조성한다.
