대통령실이 7일 한국 핵심 기술 해외 유출 위험 대비 선제적 대응 차원에서 '제4차 범정부 기술 유출 합동대응단 회의'를 개최했다고 전했다.
국가안보실은 "이날 회의는 반도체·배터리·의약품·조선 등 핵심 산업 분야 대규모 해외 투자 계획 상황에서 산업 기술·영업 비밀 보호 등을 위한 관계 기관 간 공동 노력 지속 강화 차원에서 열렸다"고 전했다.
회의에선 국내 기업 해외 진출 과정상 핵심 기술 유출 위험이 높아지면서 기술 이전 사전 심사·사후 조사 강화 및 해외 사업장에 국내 사업장 보안 기준 수준으로 기술 보호 조치를 요구키로 한 가운데 빅데이터를 활용한 핵심 기술 유출 우려 가능성 역시 면밀히 모니터링하기로 했다.
국가안보실은 "한국 기업 첨단 핵심 기술 보호가 국가 안보를 위한 중요 과제 중 하나란 점에서 핵심 기술 보호를 위해 관계 기관과 함께 기술 유출 차단·대응 체계 구축을 위해 지속 노력해 나갈 것"이라고 밝혔다.
