【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 북구청이 대구시가 주관한 ‘2025년 민원행정 종합평가’에서 우수 기관으로 선정됐다.
대구시는 매년 민원행정 서비스 품질 향상을 목적으로 민원제도 운영, 민원처리 현황 등 두 개 분야 22개 지표를 기준으로 종합평가를 실시하고 있다.
이번 평가에서 북구는 기관장 주도의 민원행정 활동, 근무환경 조성, 시민 만족도 조사, 민원 우수 인센티브 제공 등 주요 항목에서 높은 점수를 받았다.
북구는 2020년부터 지난해까지 5년 연속 ‘최우수’ 등급을 받았고, 올해는 ‘우수’ 등급을 추가해 6년 연속 상위 성적을 이어가게 됐다.
배광식 북구청장은 “친절하고 신속한 민원 응대를 위해 꾸준히 힘써왔다”며 “앞으로도 구민 중심의 맞춤형 민원서비스 제공에 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.
