박 지사는 11일 창원컨벤션센터에서 열린 ‘2025년 경남여성지도자 양성과정’ 특강에서 "공동체의 이익을 먼저 생각하는 선공후사의 자세에 더해, 도전과 혁신을 멈추지 않는 기업가정신을 결합해야 한다"며, "이것이 바로 새로운 경남의 미래를 함께 만들어갈 핵심 동력"이라고 강조했다.
특강에 앞서 경남대, 경상국립대, 국립창원대, 인제대 등 4개 대학 위탁 교육생과 수료생들이 참여한 교육성과 발표회가 열렸다. 참가자들은 교육과정에서 체득한 지식과 경험을 공유하며, 여성 지도자로서 지역 사회에 기여할 실천적 역할과 상호 네트워킹 강화를 다짐했다.
