이번 행사는 2015년부터 이어져 온 거창군과 수성구 간 어린이대표단 상호교류 사업의 일환으로, 두 지역의 우호협력을 더욱 공고히 하고자 추진됐다.

참가 어린이들은 직접 체험을 통해 수성구의 문화와 미래교육 프로그램을 이해하고, 견문을 넓히는 뜻깊은 시간을 가졌다.
