[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 박완수 도지사가 12일 오후 국회를 방문해 내년도 국비 확보를 위한 행보를 이어갔다.
박 지사는 이날 국회 예산결산특별위원회 본회의를 앞두고 한병도 예결위원장을 만나 경남의 주요 현안사업 추진을 위한 국비 지원의 필요성을 설명하고 협조를 요청했다.
이번에 박 지사가 건의한 국비사업에는 △거제~마산(국도 5호선) 도로건설 100억 원, △김해~밀양 고속도로 건설 20억 원, △거제~통영 고속도로 건설 20억 원, △우주항공산업진흥원 설립 타당성 조사·분석 용역 2억 원, △인공지능(AI)기반 친환경양식 스마트 관리센터 구축 40억 원, △미래형비행체 안전성 평가 인공지능(AI) 플랫폼 구축 15억 원 등이 포함됐다.
이는 지난 9월 박 지사가 밝힌 “경남의 교통·산업·경제 체질을 획기적으로 바꿀 전환점이 될 것”이라는 국비 확보 방향과 궤를 같이 하는 사업들이다.
박 지사는 “경남의 산업 경쟁력 강화와 지역 균형발전을 위한 핵심 사업들이 원활히 추진될 수 있도록 국회의 협력이 절실하다”며 “특히 김해~밀양, 거제~통영 고속도로 건설 사업은 이미 예비타당성조사를 통과해 실현 가능성과 필요성이 입증된 만큼 적극적인 지원을 요청드린다”고 강조했다.
또한 “거제~마산(국도 5호선) 도로 건설과 관련된 거가대교 손실보전금 문제도 도의회에 의안을 상정해 조속히 해결할 예정”이라며 “관련 사업들이 차질 없이 추진될 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 덧붙였다.
