미국 연방 하원이 12일 (현지시간) 본회의에서 상원 임시예산안 수정안을 가결시키고 도널드 트럼프 대통령이 서명하면서 미 역사상 최장 '셧 다운(일시적 업무 정지)' 사태가 종결됐다.
