개방형직위는 AI융합실장(2급 대우)과 ESG상생팀장(3급 대우) 각 1명으로, 관련 분야 경력을 갖춘 인재를 대상으로 한다. 정규직(공무직) 수시채용은 환경미화(일반·시설) 1명, 경비(일근·교대근무) 1명 등 총 4명을 모집한다. 비정규직은 휴직 결원 직무를 담당할 기간제 근로자 5명, 장애인 체험형 인턴 2명을 포함해 총 7명을 선발한다.
모든 채용 분야에서 취업지원 대상자, 장애인, 저소득층, 북한이탈주민, 다문화가족, 자립준비청년에게 사회형평적 가점이 주어진다. 이와 함께 경주시 3년 이상 거주자 및 고령친화직종(경비·환경미화) 준고령자에게도 가점이 부여된다.
입사지원서는 11월 27일부터 12월 4일 오후 1시까지 공단 채용 포털(https://korad2.scout.co.kr/)을 통해 온라인 접수하며, 서류심사와 면접을 거쳐 12월 말 최종 합격자를 발표할 예정이다.

KOREA (Chairman Cho Sung-don) announced on the 19th that it will be recruiting a total of 13 employees. The positions will include open positions, full-time positions (civil service), part-time positions, and experiential internships.
The open positions include one AI Convergence Director (Grade 2) and one ESG Mutual Growth Team Leader (Grade 3), targeting individuals with relevant experience. The regular (civil service) rolling recruitment will include four positions, including one environmental sanitation (general/facilities) position and one security guard (daily/shift). The non-regular recruitment will include five temporary workers to fill vacancies due to leave, and two experiential internships for individuals with disabilities.
In all recruitment categories, social equity bonus points will be awarded to job seekers, people with disabilities, low-income individuals, North Korean defectors, multicultural families, and young people preparing for independence. Additionally, bonus points will be awarded to residents of Gyeongju City for three years or more and those in senior-friendly occupations (security and sanitation).
Applications will be accepted online through the corporation's recruitment portal (https://korad2.scout.co.kr/) from November 27 to December 4 at 1:00 PM. Successful applicants will be announced in late December following document screening and interviews.
