서울벤처포럼(파운더 이주열 호서대 교수)이 21일 삼성동 오트리스 빌딩에서 11월 정기 세미나를 성공적으로 개최했다고 밝혔다.
약 70여 명의 회원이 참석한 이번 세미나는 상호 교류와 네트워킹으로 시작해 스타트업 IR 피칭, 벤처 스튜디오 강연, 패널 토의 순으로 진행됐다.

1부 IR 세션에서는 간호사 출신 오성훈 대표가 이끄는 '널스핏'이 첫 발표를 맡았다.
널스핏은 현직 간호사 9명이 직접 개발한 간호사 전용 신발 브랜드로, 시장에서 주목받고 있다.
오 대표는 "격무에 시달리는 간호사를 위한 진짜 신발을 만들고자 했다"며 "기존 워킹화가 해결하지 못한 착화 피로 문제를 맞춤 설계로 해결했다"고 설명했다.
현재 널스핏은 국내에서 B2C 직판과 병원, 외식업체 대상 공급을 진행하고 있으며, 일본과 미국, 호주 등 글로벌 시장 진출을 추진 중이다.
이어 이승현 대표가 이끄는 라잇웨잇이 스포츠 헬스케어 제품을 소개했다.
라잇웨잇은 헬스장의 디지털화를 목표로 AI 기반 디지털 웨이트 시스템을 개발해 실시간 피드백을 제공한다.
라잇웨잇은 국내에서 아주대 스포츠의학센터와 협업을 진행 중이며, 일본 수출을 위해 현지 상사와 협상을 이어가고 있다.
스페인 몬드라곤대학교 청년 창업가들도 발표에 나섰다.
IMPACKERS의 명시현 대표는 AI 에이전트 채용 플랫폼을, 홍용선 대표는 MTA 청소년 챌린지를, 백소명 대표는 청소년 정서 안정 및 심리 치료 프로그램 '작정(작가의 정체성)'을 각각 소개했다.
2부 강연에서는 프로미티어스 오강록 대표와 MYSC 김영우 팀장이 벤처 스튜디오 모델에 대해 발표했다.
오 대표는 "벤처 스튜디오는 말보다 실행을 통해 스타트업 생존 공식을 만드는 기업"이라며 "일은 나누고, 속도는 높이고, 오류는 줄이는 핵심 가치에 집중해 실적과 성과로 말하는 조직"이라고 강조했다.
행사를 진행한 이주열 교수는 "널스핏의 오성훈 대표는 CEO로서 입지를 굳히고 있으며, 널스핏은 지속적으로 성장하고 있다"고 평가했다.
이어 "라잇웨잇의 이승연 대표는 학생 창업자로서 TIPS를 통과한 저력과 투지가 돋보인다"며 "몬드라곤대 학생들이 올해 의미 있는 매출을 올린 것은 대단한 성과"라고 말했다.
이 교수는 "서울벤처포럼 회원들의 상호 협력과 지원을 통해 퀀텀 점프를 이루고, 수년 내에 유니콘 기업이 나오기를 바란다"고 덧붙였다.

Promising Startups, Including Nurses' Shoes and AI Healthcare 'Lightweight', Held IR Events
The Seoul Venture Forum (founder Professor Lee Ju-yeol of Hoseo University) announced the successful holding of its November regular seminar at the Otris Building in Samseong-dong on the 21st.
The seminar, attended by approximately 70 members, began with interactive networking and continued with startup IR pitching, venture studio lectures, and panel discussions.
The first IR session featured Nurses' Fit, led by CEO Oh Seong-hoon, a former nurse.
Nurses' Fit, a brand of nurse-specific footwear developed by nine practicing nurses, is gaining traction in the market.
CEO Oh explained, "We wanted to create a truly practical shoe for nurses who struggle with demanding workloads. We solved the problem of foot fatigue, which existing walking shoes failed to address, with a customized design."
Nursefit currently sells directly to hospitals and restaurants in Korea and is pursuing expansion into global markets such as Japan, the US, and Australia.
Next, Lightweight, led by CEO Seunghyun Lee, introduced its sports healthcare products.
Lightweight aims to digitize gyms by developing an AI-based digital weight system that provides real-time feedback.
Lightweight is currently collaborating with the Ajou University Sports Medicine Center in Korea and is in ongoing negotiations with a local company for export to Japan.
Young entrepreneurs from Mondragon University in Spain also presented.
IMPACKERS CEO Myunghyun Myeong presented an AI agent recruitment platform, Hong Yongseon introduced the MTA Youth Challenge, and Baek Somyung introduced the youth emotional stability and psychological treatment program "Jakjeong (Author's Identity)."
In the second part of the presentation, Prometheus CEO Kangrok Oh and MYSC Team Leader Youngwoo Kim presented on the venture studio model.
CEO Oh emphasized, "Venture Studio is a company that creates a startup survival formula through action, not words. It's an organization that focuses on core values: sharing work, increasing speed, and reducing errors, and speaks through performance and results."
Professor Lee Ju-yeol, who moderated the event, praised Nursesfit CEO Oh Seong-hoon, saying, "Nursfit CEO Oh Seong-hoon is solidifying his position as CEO, and Nursesfit is experiencing continuous growth."

Professor Lee added, "I hope that through the mutual cooperation and support of Seoul Venture Forum members, we can achieve a quantum leap and create a unicorn company within a few years."
