청산도의 대표적인 가을 산책 명소인 국화리 단풍길은 슬로길 9코스에 해당하며, 상수원 입구에서부터 지리 청송 해변까지 약 3.2km 길이로, 도보로 약 1시간 정도 소요된다. 특히 진산리에서 지리까지 이어지는 약 3km 구간은 약 30년 된 단풍나무들이 도로 양쪽에 늘어서 긴 단풍 터널을 이루고 있어 걷기나 드라이브를 즐기기에 최적의 코스로 손꼽힌다.
