총 34개 분야 65명(사무직 분야 28명, 기술직 분야 37명)을 채용한다. 채용 인원은 전년 대비 크게 늘었으며, 채용 시기도 약 1개월 앞당겼다.
특히, 올해는 △사회형평적 채용 제한경쟁 확대 △문·이과 융합형 인재 육성을 위한 자격(빅데이터, AI 등) 우대 △응시자 기회 확대를 위한 전형별 동점자 기준 완화 △심층검증을 위한 최종 면접 대상자 AI 역량검사 시행 △의사상자 및 한부모가정 가점 신규 운영 등 공정성과 다양성을 더욱 강화한 전형 과정 개선이 이뤄졌다.
또한, 지원자의 취업 역량 강화를 위한 후속 지원도 확대한다. 최종 면접 불합격 인원에게 강약점 리포트를 제공하고, 취업캠프 및 한국마사회 체험형 인턴 모집 안내, 별도 컨설팅 프로그램 등을 검토·운영할 예정이다.
접수 기간은 다음 달 8일 오후 6시까지며, 원서접수는 한국마사회 채용 홈페이지를 통해 가능하다. 블라인드 채용 원칙에 따라 입사지원 시 본인을 확인할 수 있는 생년, 출신지역, 출신학교명 등 개인 인적사항은 기재할 수 없으며, 기재 시 불이익이 발생할 수 있다.
