일반직 신입의 응시자격으로는 기 졸업자 및 2026년도 2월 졸업예정자로 TOEIC 700점 이상 또는 TOEIC Speaking IM2, OPIC IM2 이상을 충족하면 된다. 우대사항으로는 외국어 능력 우수자, 컴퓨터 활용 능력 우수자를 우대한다.
일반직 신입은 입사 후 일정기간 국내 공항지점에서 근무 후 신입사원 관리 절차에 따라 일반직무부서인 △인사 △마케팅기획 △재무회계 △홍보 △노선기획 △경영기획 △국내/외 공항지점 등의 부서로 인력 소요 및 직무 역량 등을 고려해 배치된다.
