올리페페의 네이밍은 이탈리아 요리의 풍미를 대표하는 ‘올리브(Olive)’의 첫 음절 ‘Oli’와 음식에 향과 개성을 더하는 ‘후추(Pepe)’를 결합해 완성했다.
