【브레이크뉴스 포항】박영재 기자=(재)포항테크노파크(원장 배영호) 경북디지털혁신본부는 지역 기업의 정보보호 역량 강화를 위한 ‘2025년 경상북도 정보보호 네트워킹 세미나’를 지난 3일 대구 인터불고 엑스코에서 개최했다고 4일 밝혔다.

이번 행사는 과학기술정보통신부와 경상북도의 지원으로 추진 중인 ‘지역중소기업 정보보호 지원사업’의 일환으로 마련됐으며, 경북 지역 중소기업의 사이버보안 체계 고도화와 보안 협력 네트워크 확산을 목표로 진행됐다.
세미나는 온·오프라인 방식으로 병행 운영됐으며, 경상북도 관계자, 보안 전문가, 중소기업 실무자, 대학생 등 60여 명이 참석했다. 주요 프로그램은 정보보호 우수사례 시상과 3개 세션의 전문 강연으로 구성됐다.
강연 주제는 ▲개인정보 유출 사고 대응 전략 ▲사이버 침해사고 및 최신 해킹 기법 분석 ▲중소기업 맞춤형 정보보호 대응전략 등으로, 최근 급증하는 보안위협과 실무 대응 방안을 공유하는 자리였다.
이날 행사에서는 지역 정보보호 수준 향상에 기여한 ㈜규원테크와 ㈜코리아스타텍이 ‘ICT 중소기업 정보보호 지원사업 사후관리 부문’에서 감사패를 받았다.
특히 최우수 사례 기업으로 선정된 ㈜규원테크(경산 소재)는 2024년 정보보호 컨설팅 및 솔루션 지원 이후 시행된 2025년 정보보호 수준 진단에서 평균 79.96%를 기록해 전년 대비 30.49% 향상된 평가를 받았다. 내부 임직원의 보안 점검 실천 강화와 경영진의 예산 확대 등이 높은 평가를 받았으며, 매출 역시 2022년 92억 원 → 2023년 115억 원 → 2024년 199억 원으로 성장세를 이어가고 있다. 이에 한국인터넷진흥원(KISA)은 해당 기업에 1,000만 원 규모의 보안 솔루션 도입을 추가 지원할 예정이다.
한편, 사후관리 지원을 통해 실시한 2025년 정보보호 수준진단 결과, 지난해 지원기업 전체 평균 수준은 전년 대비 19.29% 향상된 것으로 나타나 실제 보안 역량 강화 성과가 확인됐다.
경북정보보호지원센터는 지난 6년간 총 1,067개 지역 기업을 대상으로 보안 컨설팅, 솔루션 지원, 클라우드 보안 서비스, NAS·랜섬웨어 방지 솔루션 제공 등을 수행하며 지역 산업계 보안 경쟁력 강화를 이어오고 있다.
배영호 포항TP 원장은 “정보보호는 지역기업의 생존 경쟁력”이라며 “이번 세미나가 우수사례 확산과 기업 간 보안 협력 생태계 강화로 이어지길 바란다”고 말했다. 이어 “앞으로도 안전한 디지털 산업 환경 구축을 위해 맞춤형 지원을 지속 확대하겠다”고 밝혔다.

The Gyeongsangbuk-do Digital Innovation Headquarters of Pohang Technopark (Director Bae Young-ho) announced on the 4th that it held the '2025 Gyeongsangbuk-do Information Security Networking Seminar' on the 3rd at Interburgo EXCO in Daegu to strengthen the information security capabilities of local companies.

The seminar, held both online and offline, was attended by approximately 60 people, including Gyeongsangbuk-do officials, security experts, SME practitioners, and university students. At the event, Kyuwon Tech Co., Ltd. and Korea Startech Co., Ltd. received plaques of appreciation in the "Aftercare Category" of the ICT SME Information Protection Support Project for their contributions to improving the level of information protection in the region.
In particular, Kyuwon Tech Co., Ltd. (located in Gyeongsan), selected as a best-practice company, achieved an average score of 79.96% in the 2025 information protection level assessment conducted after providing information protection consulting and solution support in 2024, a 30.49% improvement from the previous year. The company was also recognized for its efforts to strengthen internal employee security audits and increase the management budget. Sales are also expected to continue to grow, from KRW 9.2 billion in 2022 to KRW 11.5 billion in 2023 and KRW 19.9 billion in 2024. Accordingly, the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA) plans to provide an additional KRW 10 million in support for the implementation of security solutions for the affected companies.
Meanwhile, the results of the 2025 Information Security Level Assessment, conducted through post-management support, showed that the average level of all supported companies improved by 19.29% compared to the previous year, confirming the actual results of strengthening security capabilities.
The Gyeongbuk Information Security Support Center has been strengthening the security competitiveness of the local industry by providing security consulting, solution support, cloud security services, and NAS/ransomware prevention solutions to a total of 1,067 local companies over the past six years.
Bae Young-ho, Director of the Pohang TP, stated, "Information security is the key to the survival of local companies. I hope this seminar will lead to the dissemination of best practices and a strengthened security cooperation ecosystem among companies." He added, "We will continue to expand our customized support to build a secure digital industry environment."
