태안군, 태안사랑상품권 부정유통 집중단속 실시

충남 태안군이 연말 성수기를 맞아 지역화폐 ‘태안사랑상품권’의 건전한 이용 환경 조성을 위해 부정유통 행위에 대한 집중 단속에 나섰다.

이를 위해 태안군은 경제진흥과장을 반장으로 하는 합동단속반을 구성해 12월 2일부터 20일까지 ‘2025년 하반기 태안사랑상품권 부정유통 단속’을 진행하고 있다고 5일 밝혔다. 

이번 단속은 상품권 정책의 신뢰성과 지속가능성을 높이고, 군민이 안심하고 이용할 수 있는 거래 질서를 확립하기 위해 추진된다.

단속반은 한국조폐공사의 ‘이상거래 탐지시스템’을 활용해 부정유통 의심 거래를 선별·조사하는 한편, ‘부정유통 신고센터’로 접수된 민원에 대해서도 사실관계를 확인해 현장 점검을 병행한다.

주요 단속 대상은 △물품 판매 없이 상품권을 수취하거나 불법 환전하는 행위 △유흥업소·사행산업 등 제한 업종의 부정 취급 △결제 거부 및 차별대우 △현금영수증 발급 거부 등이 포함된다.

태안군은 위반 행위가 확인될 경우 가맹점 등록 취소, 과태료 부과, 부당이득 환수, 수사 의뢰 등의 조치를 취할 방침이다. 경미한 위반 사항은 현장 계도를 통해 재발을 방지한다.

태안군 관계자는 “해마다 연말에는 상품권 이용이 급증하면서 부정유통 사례도 함께 늘어나는 경향이 있다”며 “군민이 신뢰할 수 있는 유통질서 확립과 지역경제 선순환을 위해 철저히 관리·감독해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

To this end, Taean County announced on December 5th that it has formed a joint crackdown team, led by the Economic Promotion Division Director, and is conducting the "Crackdown on Fraudulent Distribution of Taean Love Gift Certificates in the Second Half of 2025" from December 2nd to the 20th.
