브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= KT 이사후보추천위원회는 지난 달 16일까지 접수된 사내·외 대표이사 후보군을 대상으로 서류 심사와 비대면 면접을 실시해 후보군을 압축, 그 결과 3명의 심층면접 대상자를 선정했다고 밝혔다.
이번 대표이사 후보 심층면접 대상자는 박윤영, 주형철, 홍원표 후보다.
위원회는 정관상 대표이사 후보 자격요건에 따라 △기업경영 전문성 △산업 전문성 △리더십 △커뮤니케이션 역량 등을 기준으로 서류 심사 및 비대면 면접을 실시했다.
또한, 후보자 제출 서류와 외부 전문가로 구성된 인선자문단의 평가 의견 등을 종합 검토하고, 심도 있는 논의를 거쳐 9일 심층면접 대상자 3인을 최종 확정했다.
김용헌 KT 이사후보추천위원회 위원장은 “대표이사 후보 절차에 참여해 주신 모든 분들께 깊이 감사드린다”며 “3인을 대상으로 심층면접을 진행해 연내 최종 대표이사 후보 1인을 선정할 계획이다. 선정된 후보는 차기 주주총회를 통해 KT 대표이사로 공식 선임될 예정이다”고 말했다.
