세종시,2025년 세종형 여성친화기업 인증 협약식

세종시가 10일 보람동 행복누림터 대회의실에서 ‘2025년 세종형 여성친화기업’ 인증 협약식을 개최했다.

시에 따르면 세종형 여성친화기업은 양성평등한 근로환경을 조성하고 여성인력 활용 확대에 적극적인 기업을 대상으로 인증·지원하는 제도다.

시는 지난 8월부터 통해 공개모집과 현장실사, 심사위원회 심의를 거쳐 ㈜씨앤(대표 조재우)과 ㈜팜킷(대표 양선흥) 등 2개 기업을 여성친화기업으로 선정했다.

협약에 따라 시와 인증 기업은 ▲여성 인력 적극 채용 및 역량 개발 ▲양성평등한 근로환경 조성 ▲일·생활 균형 지원 정책 실천 ▲여성 경력단절 예방 및 고용 유지 확대 등을 협력하기로 했다.

선정 기업에는 여성친화기업 인증 현판과 환경개선 사업비 지원, 중소기업육성자금 지원사업 이자 우대, 여성취업 연계 지원, 찾아가는 양성평등 교육 및 폭력예방 교육 지원 등의 혜택이 제공될 예정이다.

Sejong City held a "2025 Sejong-Type Women-Friendly Enterprise" certification agreement ceremony at the Haengbok Nurimteo conference room in Boram-dong on the 10th.

According to the city, the Sejong-Type Women-Friendly Enterprise certification system certifies and supports companies that actively promote gender-equal work environments and expand the use of female employees.

Since August, the city has conducted open recruitment, on-site inspections, and a review committee. Following this process, two companies, C& Co., Ltd. (CEO Cho Jae-woo) and Farmkit Co., Ltd. (CEO Yang Seon-heung), have been selected as women-friendly companies.

According to the agreement, the city and the certified companies agreed to cooperate on the following areas: ▲actively recruiting and developing female employees, ▲creating a gender-equal work environment, ▲implementing policies to support work-life balance, and ▲preventing career interruptions and expanding employment retention for women.

Selected companies will receive benefits such as a Women-Friendly Business certification plaque, support for environmental improvement projects, preferential interest rates for small and medium-sized enterprise development fund support projects, support for women's employment, and on-site gender equality and violence prevention education.
