진주시, 월아산 숲속의 진주 산림복지서비스제공자 평가 우수상 수상

[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시는 월아산 숲속의 진주가 한국산림복지진흥원 주관 ‘2025년 산림복지서비스제공자 평가’에서 우수상을 수상했다고 15일 밝혔다.

이번 평가는 전국 160개 자연휴양림을 대상으로 최근 3년간 기관 운영, 산림복지서비스 제공의 적절성, 이용자 만족도 등을 종합적으로 심사하는 제도다.

우수등급 기관에는 산림복지서비스제공자 우수기관 인증 명패가 수여되며, 상위 10개 기관은 우수사례로 선정돼 콘텐츠 제작·배포와 이용권 누리집 홍보 등 다양한 인센티브를 받는다.

월아산 숲속의 진주는 우수등급을 받은 19곳 가운데서도 사회적 약자를 배려한 찾아가는 산림치유 프로그램과 체계적인 시설·위생 관리 성과를 높이 평가받아 우수상을 수상했다.

진주시 관계자는 “월아산 숲속의 진주는 누구나 누릴 수 있는 산림복지를 목표로 꾸준히 노력해 왔다”며 “앞으로도 시민과 방문객에게 수준 높은 산림복지 서비스를 제공하겠다”고 말했다.
