【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군은 증가하는 세무민원에 체계적으로 대응하고, 민원인 중심의 편리하고 쾌적한 상담환경을 조성하기 위해 군청 세정과 내에 ‘세무종합민원실’조성해 운영한다고 15일 밝혔다.
새로 조성된 세무종합민원실은 세무민원 상담부터 서류 작성, 납부, 확인까지 한 번에 처리할 수 있는 원스톱 서비스 창구로 운영된다.
민원용 컴퓨터와 복합기, 카드 수납기, 각종 서식이 비치된 서류 비치대 등 모든 민원 편의 기기를 한 공간에 집약해 취득세, 등록면허세 신고는 물론 비과세, 감면 신청, 고지서 발급, 지방세 납부, 납부확인서 출력까지 한번에 처리가 가능하다.
군은 세무업무 특성상 긴장감이 높은 민원환경을 개선하기 위해 힐링 음악과 식물, 도서 등을 활용한 ‘심리안정형 민원 공간’도 마련했다.
또한 재산세, 주민세 등 정기분 지방세 납부가 집중되는 기간에는 세무종합민원실을 대규모 세무민원 전담창구로 탄력 운영해 민원 대기시간을 줄일 방침이다.
아울러 5월 종합소득세 신고 기간에는 세무서 직원과 합동으로 국세, 지방세 통합 상담창구로 활용할 계획이다.
박준희 군 세정과 주무관은 “세무종합민원실 운영을 통해 복잡한 세무민원을 한 곳에서 신속하고 정확하게 처리할 수 있는 기반을 마련했다”며 “납세자가 편안한 마음으로 상담받고, 이해하기 쉬운 설명과 친절한 안내를 받을 수 있도록 납세자 중심 세무행정을 강화하겠다”고 말했다.
