김교흥 위원장이 확보한 행안부 특별교부세는 ▲율도근린공원(인천 서구 원창동) 야간 조명타워 설치 사업 8억 ▲가좌이음숲(인천 서구 가좌동) 야간 조명타워 설치사업 2억으로 총 10억원이다.
