【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군은 군청 영상회의실에서 겨울철 대설로 인한 재난 상황에 대비하기 위해 ‘대설 대응 재난 현장 통합지원본부 운영 도상 훈련’을 실시했다고 18일 밝혔다.
이번 훈련은 재난 발생 시 재난 현장 통합지원본부를 중심으로 한 부서 간 협업 체계와 실무반별 임무 수행 능력을 점검하기 위해 마련됐다.
훈련은 대설로 인한 교통 마비, 시설물 피해, 주민 고립 등 복합 재난 상황 발생을 가정한 도상 훈련 방식으로 진행됐다.
훈련에는 재난 현장 통합지원본부 주요 기능별 실무반 담당 팀장들이 참석했으며, 부군수 공석에 따라 안전도시국장이 통합지원본부장을 대리해 훈련을 주재했다.
참석자들은 실무반별 역할과 대응 절차를 공유하고, 상황 보고와 협업 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 문제점과 개선 방안에 대해 논의했다.
특히, 대설 재난 발생 시 현장에서의 신속한 상황 수습과 관리 역량을 강화하기 위해 △초기 대응체계 점검 △주민 대피와 구호 지원 △관계기관 협조 사항 등을 중심으로 토론 중심의 훈련이 이뤄졌다.
향후 군은 훈련 과정에서 도출된 보완 사항을 바탕으로 통합지원본부 운영 체계를 정비하고, 관계기관과의 협업을 강화해 겨울철 재난 대응 역량을 제고해 나갈 계획이다.
