AI가 일상화된 새로운 시대를 맞아 'AI 시대 바람직한 전북특별자치도의 미래도시 조성 방향'을 모색하기 위한 논의의 장이 마련됐다.
전북연구원은 19일 전주 왕의지밀에서 기본사회연구회ㆍ과학기술정책연구원(STEPI)과 공동 주최로 개회사ㆍ환영사ㆍ축사ㆍ기조발제 등의 순으로 AI 기본사회 컨퍼런스를 개최했다.
이번 포럼은 첨단산업만 아닌 행정 체계와 산업구조ㆍ시민의 일반적인 생활 전 영역에서 활용되고 있는 AI시대 현상을 진단하고 전북특별자치도를 포함한 지역 미래도시의 바람직한 방향을 모색하기 위해 마련됐다.
컨퍼런스는 ▲ 사회연대경제 ▲ 기본사회의 자치분권과 소득보장 ▲ AI와 과학기술 ▲ AI 기본사회와 지역ㆍ사회정책 ▲ AI시대의 철학과 돌봄사회 ▲ AI시대 생명과 교육 등 총 6개 세션ㆍ2개 분과로 나눠 다양한 분야별 논의가 진행됐다.
1분과는 '사회적 경제와 과학기술'을 주제로 AI시대 '농어촌기본소득ㆍ자치분권국가ㆍ고용정책' 등 핵심 정책과제를 논의했다.
특히 'AI 확산에 따른 고용불안과 소득불균형' 해소를 위해 농어촌 기본소득과 고용정책의 현재와 미래를 진단하고 AI시대 사회안전망과 노동정책 방향이 제시됐다.
