군은 지난 11월 적극행정 우수사례 9건을 접수해 부서평가 및 온라인 투표를 반영한 1차 심사를 통해 4건의 우수사례를 선정했다.
이어 적극행정위원회 심의를 거친 2차 심사를 통해 최종 순위(최우수1, 우수1, 장려1, 노력1)를 확정했다.
최우수상은 농업유통과 박동수 주무관의 △군민 숙원의 30년 여정, 드디어 마침표 ! : 윤모아파트 철거/재생 추진 사례, 우수상은 도시건축과 박주현 주택팀장의 △‘아파트 민원해결’ WHY(왜)? HOW(어떻게)?를 통한 문제 해답찾기 사례가 차지했다.
장려상은 미래전략과 유재영 주무관의 △평생학습도시 재지정평가 ‘우수 평생학습도시’ 선정 추진 사례, 노력상은 보건소 송지선 주무관의 △실천 ON, 감염병 OFF : 증평의 건강 스위치! 사례가 각각 선정됐다.
최우수 사례로 선정된 윤모아파트 철거·재생 추진은 장기간 방치된 폐아파트로 인한 안전 문제와 도시 미관 훼손이라는 해묵은 과제를 주민 의견 수렴과 관계기관 협업으로 풀어내며, 농촌공간정비사업 공모 선정이라는 가시적 성과를 이끌어냈다는 평가다.
이 사업을 통해 국비 34억 원을 포함한 총 68억 원의 사업비가 확보됐다.
선발된 우수 공무원에겐 상장과 부상, 실적 가산점, 특별휴가 등 다양한 인센티브가 주어진다.
또 선정된 우수사례는 카드뉴스로 제작해 널리 알릴 계획이다.
군 관계자는 “이번 우수사례는 규정에 머무르지 않고 현장에서 답을 찾은 적극행정의 결과물”이라며 “앞으로도 공직자들이 실패를 두려워하지 않고 도전할 수 있는 행정 환경을 조성해 군민이 체감하는 변화를 만들어가겠다”고 말했다.
