군은 22일, 거창시장과 대동리 회전교차로 일대에서 거창군 공무원들과 거창군여성단체협의회, 여성의용소방대, (사)시장번영회 등 지역의 실정을 가장 잘 아는 민간 단체 회원 30여 명이 어깨띠를 매고 방어에 나섰다.
