(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천과학문화거점센터 한기순 센터장이 2025년 10월부터 12월까지 인천광역시 관내 거점도서관에서 시민 참여형 과학문화 프로그램 ‘꼬리에 꼬리를 무는 과학문화 강연 및 전시’를 성황리에 운영했다고 밝혔다.
‘꼬리에 꼬리를 무는 과학문화 강연 및 전시’는 시민의 생활권 내 도서관을 중심으로 찾아가는 오프라인 과학문화 체험과 강연을 결합한 프로그램으로, 과학을 일상 속에서 쉽고 친근하게 접할 수 있도록 기획됐다.
이 사업에서 인천과학문화거점센터는 전체 프로그램을 총괄하며, 각 주제에 맞는 과학문화 강연을 기획하고 전문 강사를 섭외해 시민 눈높이에 맞는 강연 콘텐츠를 준비했다.
인천어린이과학관도 함께 참여해 빛과 소리, 힘과 운동, 수학, 기술, 인체·자연 등 다양한 주제의 과학관 체험 교구를 제공하고 전시 운영을 지원함으로써, 도서관 공간에서 과학관 수준의 체험 환경이 조성될 수 있도록 힘을 보탰다.
프로그램은 화도진도서관, 서운도서관, 동양도서관, 임학도서관, 작전도서관, 효성도서관 등 인천 관내 6개 거점도서관에서 순차적으로 운영되었으며, 총 1,500여 명의 인천 시민이 참여했다.
