행복북구문화재단은 (사)전국지역문화재단연합회가 주관한 ‘2025년 연말 유공 표창’에서 한국문화예술위원회 위원장상 수상자로 선정됐다. 이어 한국문화예술위원회가 주최한 ‘대한민국 예술과 기업 동반성장 대상’에서도 수상의 영예를 안았다.
전국지역문화재단연합회 연말 유공 표창은 전국의 지역문화재단을 대상으로, 지역문화 발전에 기여하고 공공성과 혁신성을 함께 갖춘 우수 기관을 선정해 시상하는 상이다. 심사는 지역문화 진흥 실적, 공공성 실현 정도, 혁신 사업 추진 성과, 지역사회 파급 효과 등을 종합적으로 평가해 이뤄진다.
행복북구문화재단은 단기적인 성과에 그치지 않고, 중·장기적 관점에서 지역문화 정책을 기획하고 운영해온 점을 높이 평가받았다. 생활권을 중심으로 한 문화사업과 지속 가능한 문화 생태계 조성을 위해 노력했으며, 이 과정에서 지역 현장에 실질적인 변화를 만든 점이 모범 사례로 손꼽혔다.
‘대한민국 예술과 기업 동반성장 대상’은 한국문화예술위원회가 올해 처음 신설한 상으로, 지역 예술과 기업 간 후원·협력을 통해 문화 확산에 기여한 우수 사례를 발굴하고 격려하기 위해 마련됐다.
행복북구문화재단은 어울아트센터 상주단체인 ‘전통하는 요즘 사람들, 트래덜반’과 ‘시지탑치과’, 그리고 전통예술 단체 ‘예혼무용단’과 ‘주식회사 재욱강업’을 각각 연결해 후원 매칭에 성공했다. 이를 통해 두 문화예술단체는 각각 2천만 원씩, 총 4천만 원의 후원금을 지원받았다.
이 같은 활약을 바탕으로 행복북구문화재단은 ‘기관 우수사례 대상’에도 선정됐으며, 시상금 1천만 원도 함께 받게 됐다. 지역 예술가의 창작 활동을 뒷받침하면서, 기업이 사회공헌에 참여할 수 있도록 했다는 점에서 높은 평가를 받았다.
배광식 행복북구문화재단 이사장은 “이번 수상은 오랜 시간 현장 중심으로 추진해 온 지역문화 정책이 결실을 맺은 결과”라며 “앞으로도 지역 예술인과 주민, 기업이 함께 성장할 수 있도록 문화재단의 역할에 더욱 충실하겠다”고 밝혔다.

The evaluation process is based on a comprehensive evaluation of local cultural promotion performance, the extent to which public service is realized, the performance of innovative projects, and the ripple effects on the local community.
The Happy Buk-gu Cultural Foundation was highly recognized for planning and implementing local cultural policies with a mid- to long-term perspective, rather than focusing on short-term achievements. They have strived to foster cultural projects centered on local communities and a sustainable cultural ecosystem, and their efforts to create tangible changes in local communities have been recognized as exemplary cases.
The "Korea Arts and Business Shared Growth Award" is a newly established award by the Arts Council Korea this year. It aims to discover and encourage excellent examples of contributions to cultural expansion through sponsorship and collaboration between local arts and businesses.
The Happy Buk-gu Cultural Foundation successfully matched sponsorships with the Eoul Arts Center's resident organizations, "Traditional People of Today, Tradulban" and "Sijitap Dental Clinic," as well as the traditional arts groups "Yehon Dance Company" and "Jaewookgangup Co., Ltd." Through this partnership, the two cultural and arts organizations received 20 million won each, for a total of 40 million won.
Based on these efforts, the Happy Buk-gu Cultural Foundation was also selected for the "Best Institutional Practice Award" and received a cash prize of 10 million won. This award was highly recognized for supporting the creative activities of local artists while also enabling businesses to participate in social contribution activities.
