부천시에 따르면, 기초 시 단위 지자체 가운데 경기도에서는 부천시가 유일하게 1등급에 선정됐다.

종합청렴도는 행정서비스를 경험한 시민과 소속 직원이 평가한 ‘청렴체감도’와 기관의 반부패 시책을 평가하는 ‘청렴노력도’를 합산해 산출된다.
부천시는 청렴체감도 분야에서 전국 시 단위 평균보다 5.6점 높은 점수를 받았다.

부천시는 올해 감사·청렴 분야에서 3월 경기도 시군 자체감사활동 평가 5년 연속 최우수, 9월 경기도 청렴대상 최우수, 12월 감사원 자체감사활동 심사 6년 연속 최우수 기관 선정 등 연이은 성과를 거두며 청렴 행정의 모범으로 자리매김하고 있다.
